LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - An infant was taken to a Lufkin hospital after she was injured in a three car wreck at Copeland and South John Redditt Wednesday around 10:00 a.m.
According to Officer Toby Stanaland, with the Lufkin Police Department, a freight liner propane gas truck rear-ended a Ford Explorer, which caused that vehicle to rear-end a Chevy Pickup.
The baby was in the Explorer along with two adults.
Stanaland reported no passengers were riding in the freight liner truck, nor in the pickup.
No other injuries were reported.
The propane gas truck is by owned FerrellGas, a Lufkin based company.
Southbound traffic lanes on S. John Redditt was diverted for 30 minutes.
The status of the infant was not immediately available.
