HARRISBURG, NY (WHP/CNN) - Lately, Albert Einsig, 91, has been kept up all night by neighborhood teens hanging out on his porch, so he decided to take his own route to keep the kids off his property.
"They bang on this door to get me out of bed," Einsig said.
He said the handicap sign in front of his home is what's behind the taunting. So that's why he decided to dump a bucket of urine on his porch and down the sidewalk.
Neighbors called police and Einsig got cited for the incident. He said it was blown out of proportion.
"There are two sides to a story," he said. "They have been at me so bad I don't know which way I'm going."
Einsig admitted he deserved the citation, but said he never meant to hurt anyone.
"I'm not there to hurt the kids," he said. "I can just about walk, I can hardly walk, I can't see too far and I can't hear too good."
Einsig said all he wanted was some peace and quiet, which he doubts he'll get.
Despite all of this, he said he has no plans to move.
He is not sure yet how much the citation will cost him.
