3-yr anniversary to ETX murder, help find the suspect

LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) - Three years after her husband was found dead, an East Texas woman is wanting answers to help close her husband's cold murder case.

"Who's this? 'My daddy...'ya, that's when you were in the hospital the day you were born," says Kelsey Lade to her three year old daughter Kinsey Lade."

Now, Three years old, Kinsey Lade knows exactly who her father is, even though she was just a baby when someone took his life.

September 18th, 2008 police found 32-year old Jason Lade at C and L Auto Credit in Longview, dead with a gun shot to the head.

Leaving his wife, Kelsey a widow, and a single parent to their baby girl, Kinsey.

"It's like a bad dream," says Kelsey, "The police met me at my car and they told me what had happened...It was a horrible night, and it still sticks in my mind, and I can still see it like it was last night."

Three years later, after healing her heart...Kelsey is still searching for answers, who murdered her husband?

Kelsey says, "I just hope one day to have answers for myself, and for her [Kinsey], and for all of our family."

And she's asking east Texans to come forth with any information.

"Just anything, anyone might have seen, that might generate a new lead, or be a possibility, something that might help," says Kelsey.
