LONGVIEW,TX (KLTV) - A Longview man remains behind bars Sunday evening on his third DWI charge and for assault with a deadly weapon.
Longview police say 58-year-old Anthony Lee Johnson had a knife and was hitting a man in the road in the 100 block of west Marshall Avenue early Friday morning.
Johnson fled the scene by car, but was stopped, and charged with drunken driving and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
His bond has been set at $5,500.
