Tyler Pipe Recalls Workers

Tyler Pipe announced today it is re-opening it's South Plant following more than five weeks of wrestling with state regulators. More than 900 workers were sent home from October 14th to the 17th due to problems with an air permit. North Plant workers were asked to return the following week, but South Plant workers have been left idle. Last week the plant announced an agreement with state regulators, and today announced they would re-open the South Plant.
