Peanut Butter Ice Cream Cake


½ gallon of vanilla ice cream

1 cup diced peanut butter cups

Terrapin Ridge Farms double chocolate sauce from Sweet Gourmet

Large Mixing Bowl

Spring form Pan


Set your ice cream out for about 15 minutes to soften.  In a large mixing bowl place your ice cream and peanut butter cups and mix well.  Place the mixture in a wax paper lined spring form pan.  Place the pan in the freezer for an hour.  Take the pan out of the freezer then coat the surface of your cake with the double chocolate sauce.  Place back in the freezer for another hour.  Cut, severe, and enjoy!
