Rollison looking for redemption at T.J.C.

TYLER, TX (KLTV) -   A once highly touted high school quarterback has returned to EastTtexas for redemption.  Former Sulphur Springs star Tyrik Rollison hopes to lead T.J.C. to a national championship.  Rollison is in a 3 man race to be the Apaches starting quarterback.

It's been a long road to get to Tyler.  Rollison began his college career at Auburn, before transfering Sam Houston State.

Since leaving Sulphur Springs, the talented quarterback has yet to play a snap of college football.

"I got red shirted my first year at Auburn and I understood going in I was probably going to," said Rollison.  "But going into Sam Houston and breaking my wrist before the first game, that was pretty frustrating having to sit out the whole season. I came to TJC to hopefully redeem myself and get back on the field."
