NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) - A Kilgore ISD employee and a Henderson man are in jail after Nacogdoches County authorities say they had meth in a can disguised to be WD-40.

Sharon Ann Shaw, 40, of Kilgore, and James Eric Hodkinson, 30, are each charged with delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

According to Sheriff Thomas Kerss, Deputies Saloman Landeros and Austin McDonald pulled over a Toyota Camry around 3 a.m. in the Ponderosa Subdivision, because they had a taillight out.

The deputies say there was suspected stolen property and burglary tools in the car and got consent to search the vehicle.

Kerss said the deputies found 11 grams of meth that was concealed in a container that looked like a WD-40 can.

Kilgore ISD officials say Shaw works as an enrollment aide for the district. A district representative came to the jail Tuesday to pick up school paperwork that was in the vehicle.
