Man Pleads Guilty to Having Potential Chemical Weapons

A Tyler man has pleaded guilty to possession of a chemical weapon and aiding and abetting -- this following a package was reportedly received by a New York man that was intended for a militia member.

62-year-old William Krar was arrested in April after police found multiple containers of suspected chemicals and explosives, as well as firearms in Krar's mailbox.

Krar pleaded not guilty in June, but today admitted to the two charges. He has not been sentenced yet.
