TYLER, TX (KLTV) - The hundred degree heat has forced health inspectors to close a Tyler restaurant for the night.
El Charro # 2, at Fifth Street and the Loop, was closed Monday because of cooler issues.
The closure came after health inspectors learned a walk in cooler's temperature was too low, and a dishwasher wasn't quite hot enough.
Owner, Gus Ramirez says the rising temperatures are making it hard to keep the kitchen cool, which is causing the cooler to work overtime.
Ramirez says he plans to re-open Tuesday, and El Charro # 1 remains open.
