UPDATE: Troy Shelton is in fair condition after open-heart surgery at a Tyler hospital Thursday. Shelton complained of chest pains during the raid. Because Smith County did not arrest Shelton, but issued warrants for his arrest, Shelton will be responsible for the medical costs. Smith County Constable Dennis Taylor said Shelton will be arrested at a later date after he undergoes further surgery and rehabilitation.
LINDALE, TX (KLTV) - The Lindale businessman arrested in yesterday's drug raid was Troy Shelton, owner of the Lindale Tire Shop.
