BULLARD, TX (KLTV) - Fire crews are working to put out hot spots from an early morning house fire in the Bullard area.
Officials tell us that a house belonging to James and Libby Warren, in the 300 block of Eastdale Lane, in the Eastdale Acres Addition caught fire shortly before 3:00 am, Thursday morning.
The Bullard Fire Department and Lake Palestine East Volunteer Fire Department are still on the scene. Crews used about 7,000 gallons of water to extinguish the fire.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation by the Cherokee County Fire Marshal.
The house was almost completely destroyed, but no injuries were reported.
Fire Departments plan to stay at the scene all day to make sure it does not re-kindle.
