TYLER, TX (KLTV) - If you're looking for a good firework show, you can head to the Tyler Jaycees 47th Annual Fourth of July Fireworks Extravaganza.
Things officially kicked off around 4 pm, and the fireworks will shoot off around 9 p.m.
The event has all types of food, games, music, karaoke, and of course a sky full of fireworks at nightfall.
Tony Wright, the Director of Fireworks, says, "It's a privilege to be out here, being a veteran, and having the right coming out here and celebrating Fourth of July, and all the sacrifices our men and women are doing over seas, and I just feel honored coming out and doing this for them. That's what it's all about. That's what independence is all about, so I don't mind working hard and helping the City of Tyler put on a good firework show."
You can also bring a fan to donate for the Salvation Army Fan drive.
