Health inspectors SPLIT in Cherokee County

CHEROKEE COUNTY, TEXAS (KLTV) - Food prep had to stop all together at La Fonda Del Sol located at 608 W. Rusk Street in Jacksonville.

There was no hot water flowing through the establishment--a major problem for the inspector....

Children were found in the food prep area. There were no paper towels, or hand sanitizer at, at least one hand-sink. Total demerits: 28

But the inspection of Al's BBQ on Highway 175 in Cuney was problem-free. No violations were found, yielding a perfect score and zero demerits.
