UPDATE 06/27/11: The girl accused of setting the fire at the Dollar General store in Tyler on June 15, will be transferred to the Hector Garza center on Tuesday.
The Hector Garza center is a facility in San Antonio where youth with serious behavioral and psychological impairments are treated.
The 14-year-old girl is going to be transported to the facility by Child Protective Services, and will remain there until the next hearing which is scheduled for July 8th.
TYLER, TX (KLTV) - The Tyler Fire Department is on the scene of a fire at a Tyler business.
Crews responded to a call of smoke coming from the Dollar General Store on W. Erwin at Parkdale around 9:15 Wednesday.
According to our KLTV reporter on the scene, fire crews are removing charred merchandise from the building, including toilet paper and plastic flowers.
Authorities tell KLTV that the fire looks to be suspicious and is still under investigation.
