Tyler PD make 2 indecent exposure arrests

TYLER, TX (KLTV) - Tyler Investigators have arrested David Humphries W/M DOB: 09-08-1982 of Tyler for Indecent Exposure.  On May 21, 2011 Officers were notified by Sears Security personnel that they had observed an individual expose himself with intent to sexually gratify himself.

On May 27, 2011 Officers contacted two females from Grande Hill Estates located at 1505 Grande in Tyler.  They indicated that while they were swimming an individual came to the pool area and exposed himself with intent to sexually gratify himself.  The Investigators were able to identify the suspect as Michael York W/M DOB: 11-27-1993 of Flint.

Investigators have also identified Michael York as responsible for another case of indecent exposure.  Investigators have charged him with exposing himself with intent to sexually gratify himself at 2051 West Cumberland Road, Cumberland Place Apartments.  He again went to the pool area and exposed himself to a female.

Michael York has been charged with two counts of Class B Misdemeanor Indecent Exposure, and David Humphries has been charged with one count of Class B Misdemeanor Indecent Exposure.

Police are reminding you to be aware of your surroundings and notify the Police of any suspicious activity.  In these cases be prepared to provide identifying information on individual and suspects.
