School District Gets New Superintendent

The Hallsville independent school district has a new man in charge. Greg Wright is the district's new superintendent.

Wright, who was the Chapel Hill high school principal, beat out 34 other candidates for the job. He's taking the place of Doug Coleman who left the district last June.

Wright signed a three year contract with a $95,000 annual salary and Wednesday was his first day on the job.
