EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - Five people are in jail after an early morning meth bust in Evansville.

Police say they got a tip that two people were cooking meth on Read Street in Evansville.

They arrived to the home and after talking with the landlord, they were let inside to speak with the residents.

In a back bedroom, police say they found a meth lab in plain sight.

The residents, Chasity Hertzberger, Christopher LeSieur, Kristina Benningfield and James J. Moore were all questioned by police, along with Timothy Hart, who was just visiting the home.

In their report, police say it was apparent that the four residents listed above were high on meth.

Police say it was during that questioning that Benningfield told police that she was four months pregnant.

Benningfield admitted to police that she does meth and that she takes bath salts, the report said.
