Mother Frances hospital to participate in Genome Atlas project

TYLER, TX (KLTV) - Trinity Mother Frances is one of 12 facilities in the US that has been chosen to participate in the National Institute of Health's Cancer Genome Atlas project.

The Cancer Genome Atlas looks for the underlying mechanisms that cause cancer.

This partnership is to be announced on Wednesday.
