TJC women's tennis wins national title

The TJC women's tennis team clinched another national championship on Thursday in Tucson, Arizona.  Apaches coach John Peterson was named division one coach of the year.  It's the women's programs 15th national title.  Coach Peterson says it never gets old.

Sophomore Brooke Dennis was apart of last years dominating national title run.  She says this year is just as sweet.

"It's just as good every time," said Dennis.  "It never gets old because this year we worked even harder than last year because we knew everyone was going to be after us because we did really well at nationals last year. So the last day was a dual match almost against our biggest rivalry. We had to go out there and perform and win and if we didn't than we would have got second place."
