Fund set up to help hit-and-run victim's family

MOUNT PLEASANT, TX (KLTV) - A fund is now set up to help the family of Cameron Jones Wheeler, a 4-year-old boy who was kllled in an apparent hit-and-run.

Wheeler died late Saturday night when he was hit by a car outside of a movie theater in Mount Pleasant. Wheeler's cousin, 13-year-old Jocylyn Roberts, is in a Dallas hospital in critical condition.

The alleged driver of the car, 21-year-old Edward Moya, is now in the Titus County Jail charged with second degree manslaughter.

If you would like to help the family of Cameron Wheeler, a fund has been set up at American National Bank of Mount Pleasant.

The name of the account is the "Cameron Jones Wheeler Benefit Fund."
