TYLER, TX (KLTV) - Gregory Dewayne Polley, the man accused of firing the shot that killed 15-year-old Nicole Cartwright outside of a carwash on Gentry Parkway on Christmas Eve, has entered into a plea agreement with prosecutors.

Polley has plead guilty to first degree felony murder in the Longview girl's death.

Early Christmas Eve morning, a stray bullet hit and killed Cartwright while she sat in her mother's car.
