Grant's Shrimp Scampi
Peeled and Deveined jumbo shrimp (about 1 pound)
Lobster Bay Co. Garlic & Herb Drawn Butter Sauce (Found at Sweet Gourmet)
Eduardo's Angel Hair Pasta (Found at Sweet Gourmet)
2 tablespoons of Chardonnay
In a baking dish place about one pound of Jumbo Shrimp. On top of the shrimp empty one container of The Lobster Bay Co. Garlic & Herb Drawn Butter Sauce. After place your 2 tablespoons of Chardonnay over the shrimp. Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes or until shrimp is pink.
While your shrimp is cooking boil water in a stock pot. Place your pasta in and cook for about 4 minutes, longer if you are not using angel hair pasta. Drain you pasta, put on a plate, and pour your shrimp scampi over the pasta.
