TYLER, TX (KLTV) – Four Smith County restaurants have a number of violations in the latest round of health inspections.

Rodent droppings found inside storage area
Moldy preparation cooler and built up food and grease in kitchen and on utensils
Milk out of temperature

Dylan's (formerly, The Market)

Whitehouse
Rodent droppings found inside one storage area
Food had to be thrown out when one employee was seen breaking hand-washing rules
Raw-shelled eggs found stored over tomatoes
No certified food manager on site during inspection
28 Demerits

Taco Bell / Long John Silver
7425 S. Broadway
Tyler
Inspectors observed improper hand-washing procedures
Dish water wasn't sanitizing
Inspectors came across several dirty food containers
Moldy soda machine
20 Demerits
