
INGREDIENTS:
Jalapeño cheddar flour tortilla wraps
12 eggs scrambled
1 green pepper diced
1 onion diced
Shredded mixed cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 pound of hot sausage
1 pound of bacon bits
PREPERATION:
In a skillet, brown your sausage and set aside. Then sauté your peppers and onions for about 8 minutes. Add your eggs and continue to cook until the eggs are done. Then mix on your cheese and arm until melted. Finally add your bacon and sausage bits to reheat.
In a small bowl mix your Mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce until blended smooth.
Take your flour tortilla, spread your mayonnaise mixture over it, and place the egg mixture on top. Fold and wrap.
Cut in half and enjoy.
