The ETMC Olympic Center will hold their annual youth fitness camps this summer July 11 - August 19.  Two sessions of Kids in Motion will be held during this time for children ages 8-12.  This week-long, half-day camp, exposes children to several types of physical activity including martial arts, yoga, Pilates and a ropes course. Teens in Motion is a six-week exercise program for 13-17 years olds that includes a fitness assessment, individualized exercise program and nutrition education. 

 

Teens in Motion --July 11 - August 19 (M,W,F 1-2:30p)

Kids In Motion Session 1 – July 25 – July 29 (M-F 8a-noon)

Kids in Motion Session 2 –August 8-12 (M-F 8a-noon)

 

Both programs are geared towards showing children that exercise can be both healthy and fun.  For more information call 903-596-3233.
