TYLER, TX - A new business is coming to the Rose City, and bringing 50 new jobs with it.
At a press conference Tuesday morning, the Tyler Economic Development Council announced plans for Reef Services to set up shop on Highway 155 in Tyler.
Reef Services is an oilfield services company that manufactures and sells chemicals for oilfield production.
Along with the new jobs, the business will bring a $6 million investment to the Tyler area, and TEDC President Tom Mullins couldn't be happier about it.
"We know that we have a lot of people out there that have good work skills and a good work ethic and they'd like to stay in this area," Mullins said. "These are good paying jobs that will allow people to stay here and grow with a company here that has a great reputation."
