Them Dam Noodle
Ingredients:
1/2 Tbsp.-Garlic
1/2 Tsp.-Ground Chili Paste
5 oz.-Ground Chicken
1 Tsp.-Green Onion (diced)
4 oz.-Soy
4 oz.-Hot Chicken Stock
2 Tsp.-Sugar
2 Tsp.-Corn Starch Slurry (corn starch and cold water)
5 oz.-Egg Noodle
Method:
1.Saute all spices and chicken together.
2.Add sauce when above mix is hot, bring sauce to a boil, add corn starch slurry, thicken serve over hot noodles.
*Note:Sauce should be thick enough to sit on top of noodles and not fall through them.
