TYLER, TX (KLTV) - One Tyler restaurant was singled out for violations in the latest round of health inspections.

Employees seen breaking hand-washing rules (hand-washing)
Inspectors noted the soda gun at the bar had moldy build-up (unclean)
Raw shrimp stored above asparagus/raw fish over peppers (danger)
