Bill Keith, author of 22 published books, newspaper editor, and war correspondent, has declared war on old age in his book "Gettin' Old Ain't For Sissies." He says in his book that you can't do anything about chronological aging, but can do a lot about biological aging.
A healthy lifestyle, including not overeating and getting plenty of activity, will slow down biological aging according to research. However, Keith says the first step is to get rid of "stinkin' thinkin'" that prevents us from taking the steps that would help us..
"Gettin' Old Ain't For Sissies" is available at most book stores. Bill Keith is also available for speaking engagements.
