HENDERSON COUNTY, TX (KLTV) - Two convicted East Texas church arsonists pleaded guilty, Tuesday afternoon, to additional arson charges.

Jason Bourque is sentenced to the state recommended term of life on all three counts, to be served concurrently with the Smith County sentences.

Daniel McAllister is also sentenced to the state recommended term of life on two counts. McAllister will also serve his time concurrently with his sentence from Smith County.

McAllister is also ordered to pay restitution to the churches.

The two pleaded guilty to burning down three Henderson County churches. On New Year's Day, 2010, fire crews rushed to save Faith Church from burning down.  Later, on January 11, 2010, authorities say fires were set at Grace Community Church and Lake Athens Baptist Church. All three churches were destroyed.

Bourque stands accused of burning all three churches. McAllister was only linked to the fires at Grace Community and Lake Athens.

In January, Jason Bourque pleaded guilty and was later sentenced to five life sentences, plus an additional 60 years in jail for arsons and attempted arsons across Smith County. His accomplice, Daniel McAllister, was sentenced to two life sentences and 40 years. Both men's punishments were part of a plea agreement with Smith County prosecutors.
