DAINGERFIELD, TX (KLTV) -  State football power Daingerfield is looking for a new head coach. Athletic director and head football coach Barry Bowman has accepted the same job with Paris I.S.D.

Paris I.S.D. deputy superintendent Mark Hudson confirmed to KLTV Sports that the school board met Thursday at noon and approved the hire of coach Bowman.

Bowman has led Daingerfield to three straight 2A state championships.  He had just turned down another job offer from Jasper.
