LUFKIN, Texas (KTRE) - The Lufkin man said to be among East Texas' most prolific meth cooks is back in court after being arrested twice in one year.
District Judge Barry Bryan denied David Dunman's request to name one of the prosecution's confidential informants, set to be a witness in the trial.
Dunman was indicted in December for possession of meth and certain chemicals with the intent to manufacture.
He was arrested following a two-year investigation of alleged drug activity.
Attorneys were also in court working out pre-trial issues.
Dunman's trial is scheduled to start in March.
