DETROIT, MI (KLTV) - Ford has recalled more than 400,000 vehicles.
The Winstar minivans are being recalled in cold-weather states to fix brackets and mounts.
Ford says they could separate from the vehicle's subframe and cause a driver to lose control of the vehicle.
The recall covers 1999 to 2003 year models.
There have been seven crashes and five minor injuries related to the defect.
