WINNSBORO, TX (KLTV)- A jury in a Wood County woman's murder case could not reach a verdict Friday night, resulting in a mistrial.

Anna Marie Moore, 24, was killed in a drive by shooting in May 2009. Her children were in the living room with her when bullets from a high powered rifle were fired from a passing car and hit Moore in the head.

Moore's accused killers, Demarcas Hearn and Ty Evans, faced a three day trial last week.

Community members said they're outraged that justice has not been served in Moore's senseless death. A spokesperson from the Winnsboro Police Department said the suspects will be tried again. A trial date has not been set.

Meanwhile, both murder suspects remain in the Wood County Jail.
