Grand opening of new assisted living community in Tyler

TYLER, TX - Long-term care provider opens area's first and only ‘neighborhood concept' living facility for seniors.
WHAT: Touchstone Communities™, a growing provider of skilled nursing, rehabilitation, Alzheimer's care and assisted living facilities in Texas and Arizona, celebrates the opening of its newest community, The Heights™ of Tyler. Grand opening celebration includes:
• Chaplain Jim Wagoner blesses the new community.
• Touchstone Communities CEO Stan Studer Jr. speaks about the importance of bringing
the neighborhood concept to Tyler's senior community.
• The Tyler Chamber of Commerce marks the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
• Rose City Detachment of the Marine Corps League presents the colors.
• Students from Oak Hill Montessori School lead the pledge of allegiance, marking the official start of a long-term partnership between the School and The Heights of Tyler.
The Heights of Tyler is comprised of four neighborhoods, each containing clusters of private and semi-private rooms for approximately 120 residents, all of whom will be under 24-hour care of a dedicated staff of professionals in a home-like environment.
