Three Arrested in White Oak Traffic Stop

A traffic stop in White Oak lands three East Texans in jail for allegedly running a moving Meth-lab. 43 year old Clarence Smith of Longview, 32 year old John Tarkington of Hallsville and 39 year old Caroline Test of Hallsville were arrested on Highway 80 at Fisher road early Tuesday morning.

Police say they found large amounts of chemicals used for Meth-amphetamine in their car. All three were charged with possession-with intent to manufacture and deliver a controlled substance.

Smith is being held on 200-thousand dollars bond, Tarkington is held on 300-thousand dollars, and Test is held on 60-thousand dollars.
