PERKINS TOWNSHIP, OH (WTOL) - Police were called to a Perkins Township McDonalds Sunday night after an altercation over the freshness of fries.
A man refused fries at the chain's Milan Road location, saying they were pre-boxed and not fresh.
The manager insisted the food was fresh, but the customer said he wouldn't leave until he got new fries.
According to the customer, a McDonald's employee then hit him with a mop.
Police say the man eventually got his money back and left without fries.
No charges were filed.
