Grant's Wife Anita's Holiday Pistachio Chocolate Fudge
1 12oz bag of dark chocolate chips
1 16 oz can of
Creamy milk chocolate icing
½ cup shelled pistachios
In a double boiler melt your icing and chocolate chips until blended smooth. Add your pistachios and mix thoroughly. Using a spatula scrape the melted chocolate mixture into a greased 9 inch baking dish. Chill for 1 hour, cut into 1 inch squares, and enjoy.
