Holiday Tenderloin with Texas Beef Council

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 Tbsp. all purpose Greek seasoning

1 Tbsp. medium grind black pepper

Instructions

Rub entire roast with olive oil and garlic.

Combine Greek seasoning and black pepper. Rub into surface of roast.

Roast according to roasting guidelines.
