Nathan Michael, fourth credit card suspect, in custody

TYLER, TX (KLTV) –The Tyler Police Department is reporting that Nathan Paul Michael has been taken into custody by the Dallas Police and U.S. Secret Service. Michael is the fourth suspect in the credit card fraud ring in East Texas, and until Friday, was the only suspect not in custody.

According to the results of the investigation, Nathan Michael, Christopher Scott Michael, Corey Lee Davis, and Elizabeth Pickrell were engaged in "access device fraud." The group obtained goods and services by using fraudulently obtained credit card numbers to produce counterfeit cards.

Pickrell is accused of acquiring hundred's of card numbers with an access device, while employed at Chicken Express.
