CHEROKEE COUNTY, TX (KLTV) - On Thursday evening, around 6:00, Ruben Rincon, 22, was arrested near FM 747 and Loop 456, in Jacksonville.
Rincon is one of the alleged shooters of 73-year-old, piano tuner, David Thomason.
He and his brother Hugo Rincon, 19, are charged with aggravated robbery and could face 5 to 99 years in prison, by the TDCJ and/or a $10,000 fine.
Cherokee County Sheriff's Department received information that Rincon was at a friend's house in the south area of Jacksonville. When deputies arrived, Rincon ran into the woods.
Cherokee County officials received help from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice's K-9 unit to locate Rincon.
He was arrested and taken into custody. His bond is set at $2,000,000.
Officials are still looking for his brother, Hugo Rincon, who is believed to be in the area.
