Released by Peters Chevrolet:
LONGVIEW, TX - Peters Chevrolet has purchased 10 Amtrykes to be assembled by Peter's employees and displayed in their showroom until December 9.
These trykes are specially designed to accommodate children that cannot usually participate when other kids run, jump, play or ride their bikes.
The therapeutic tricycle not only gives the child more freedom of movement and builds self-esteem, but assists with muscle development and improves coordination while making exercise fun.
With an Amtryke, kids have a chance to feel just like other kids.
The 10 recipients and their families will be specially fitted on their Amtryke by the Longview Too Ambucs Organization and Peters Chevrolet employees at the dealership on Thursday, December 9, at 6 P.M.
If you are interested in observing how the Amtryke helps a child with their special needs, come to Peters Chevrolet, December 9, where they will be displayed and individually fitted.
