Man facing charges for biting cop

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -- A Cincinnati Man is facing even more charges after he threatens a police officer and bit him on Wednesday.

Police were called to the 700 block of Clifton Colony Drive for some type of altercation. Court documents say, 20-year -old Timothy Causey had kicked in the glass door at one of the homes in the Clifton Colony Apartments.

Police attempted to take Causey into custody, but he became combative. He bit one of the police officers in the hand and had to be removed by force. Causey also threatened to slit the throat of the officer he bit.

Timothy Causey was taken into custody and he is currently charged with Criminal Damaging, Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Official Business, Assault and Aggravated Menacing. He is currently being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
