Blast Victim Remembered By Co-workers

Two victims from Thursday's explosion at a Kilgore fireworks warehouse were buried yesterday. 70-year old Marvin Lamb was laid to rest in Kilgore and funeral services for 24-year old Melinda Edmundson were held in Jacksonville.

Tuesday Edmundson's friends and co-workers at the Jacksonville Wal-mart came together to console each other and remember her spirit. They talked about her sense of humor saying she never called her co-workers by their names, instead using special nick-names.

Friends say everyone loved Melinda. "that was the only person I knew that did not have an enemy. She would make you like her. You had to like her," says Gary Gaston.

"She's just, I don't know, one of a kind. They'll never be another Melinda, never," says Jo Gay.

Melinda was volunteering her time at Lamb entertainment helping her boyfriend Sam. Sam survived the blast.
