Banana French toast, pancakes and waffles

Bananas for French toast, pancakes, and waffles

1 whole banana

3 tblspn butter

2 tblspn of cinnamon sugar mix

1 tblspn of powdered sugar

1 can of whipping cream

Cinnamon sugar mix, one part cinnamon, 8 parts granulated sugar


In a non stick skillet, heat your butter. While the butter is heating, peel and slice your banana in 1/2 inch slices. Generously coat sliced banana with cinnamon sugar mix.

Place banana into heated skillet and cook banana slices on both sides until they begin to break down. They should have a nice caramelized look to them.

Place cooked banana on top of your favorite breakfast item, top with powdered sugar and with as much whipped cream as you like!
