Henderson Man Indicted for Wife's Murder

A Henderson man accused in the shooting death of his wife is indicted for murder by a grand jury. 40 year old James Lloyd Reedy is facing up to life in prison if he is found guilty in the shooting death of his estranged wife back on June the 9th.

Police say Reedy shot his wife, Lori Long, at her Longview apartment then turned the gun on himself. He survived his wound and was moved to the Gregg county jail where he was charged.

Reedy served five years in prison for a similar charge when he shot at his ex-wife in 1996.
