NPR fires news analyst for comments on Muslims

WASHINGTON, DC - National Public Radio news analyst, Juan Williams was fired for admitting he "gets nervous"  when he sees Muslims on airplanes.

NPR said in a statement that they had terminated Mr. Williams on Wednesday after he appeared on the Bill O'Reilly show and was asked to give his thoughts on what O'Reilly styled  a "muslim dilemma" in this nation.

Bill O'Reilly said, "The cold truth is that in the world today jihad, aided and abetted by some Muslim nations, is the biggest threat on the planet." Mr. Williams said he concurred with O'Reilly' and continued to say, that when he sees people who are in Muslim garb on airplanes he gets nervous.
