TYLER, TX - Three men have been indicted on charges related to the sexual attack of a 12-year-old girl.
Glenn Williams, 18, Joshua Baker, 18, along with Brandon High, 19, have been indicted on aggravated sexual assault of a child, and engaging in organized criminal activity.
"It makes it a more serious charge due to the fact that it's engaging in part of a gang; that charge in general is a serious offense," said Officer Don Martin, Tyler Police Department. "It's one of those deals where when you're dealing with young juveniles, you kind of need to monitor their whereabouts especially at a large gathering like that."
Police say the suspects' picked up three girls from Rose Stadium in Tyler during the Whitehouse-Chapel Hill football game. The group then drove to a nearby house where police say Williams, Baker, and High sexually assaulted the youngest girl, who was 12 years old.
Suspect's returned the girls to the stadium, but the victim's family did not contact police until September 26.
Police say, of the three girls, the 12-year-old was the only one assaulted. The girls all live in the Chapel Hill School District.
Williams, Baker and High remain in the Smith County Jail. Bond is set for $500,000, each.
