DOYLINE, LA (KSLA) – Webster Parish Sheriff's Investigators uncover a possible regional theft-ring.

Already investigators with the parish's Criminal Investigation Division, Narcotics Division and Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Agents have arrested four people so far and expect more as the investigation continues.

So far already in custody, Robert Dennis, 37, Paulette Dillion, 36, Donald Hutchinson and Jessie ‘J-Bird' Scott, 37, all of which are from Shreveport.

Webster deputies first arrest Dennis during a drug bust in Doyline. Officials say they found a stolen four-wheeler at his property which led to the beginning of the theft ring investigation. Dennis allegedly was caught driving a four wheeler which deputies later learned had been stolen.

Dennis now faces charges of burglary, theft and criminal damage to property, among other felony theft charges.

While trying to find the owner of the four wheeler deputies arrested Dillon and she, according to deputies admitted to conspiring in the thefts along with Dennis.

Upon interrogating Dillon, she name Hutchinson as yet another conspirator.  Dillon now faces charges similar to Dennis.

Deputies arrested Hutchinson after searching his property and finding a second stolen four wheeler.

Scott was the last suspect rounded up. Officials discovered that Scott was wanted by Probation and Parole and he too now faces theft charges along with a violation of probation charge.

Total, officials say they recovered two stolen four wheelers, but they believe there may be more stolen property still out.

All four have been booked into the Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center in Webster Parish.
